Easy and nice selection. Having a service/handling fee applied to two items sent to same address same day is a shock, though-- that should be communicated up front with item pricing!

I ordered flowers from you earlier this year for Rose Cerny's funeral. It was a stand up heart. When I saw what it looked like compared to what I ordered I was totally disappointed and sent you pictures of the comparison. You were very king do send me a 15% gift card which I used to order a centerpiece for my mom for their Christmas dinner... Well, you guys did it again! I think you need to add to your advertising "picture does not look at all like what you will receive"... Again, half the flowers that were shown on your website, and the candle holder my mom received was green not like the red one advertised... again, with your advertising you should put "picture does not look at all like what you will receive"...

Very disappointed, and no I do not want another 15% gift card with an apology... I just hope other people can see this and think twice before ordering from your website!

This is a complete joke. My mother ordered a basket called the Chocolate Lover's, which was supposed to include Lindt, Toblerone, Ghirardelli, Ferrero Rocher and Ritter. NONE of these products were in the basket, they were ALL replaced with obscure brands. I doubt anybody will eat any of this, we will probably throw everything out.
