I paid the expedited fees in order for the flowers to arrive on time for the birthday lunch of my girlfriend. In the end the flowers were delivered at 4:30pm when the original deadline was 12:00pm max. What displeased me the most is that the delivery person or the local flower shop did not even bothered calling me to keep me updated on where my order was and why the order came late. I do not see what is the point of paying more money if the service paid for is not provided and no explanations are given regarding the delay. Otherwise the flowers were looking very good and my girlfriend loves them, I am just extremely disappointed in the way the whole delivery process was handled and also by the complete lack of communication.
Good job, but I wish I could have sent a note with my flowers with out an extra charge... the shipping and handling was very expensive
