High quality flowers for price paid
The prices were lower than others that i looked at I just hope the flowers are as nice as they are pictured
Shipping and handling fees are high. I feel too many floral delivery companies, do not make their web-sites easy to use, and have too many add ons. There is a lot of bait and switch with some floral delivery companies.
Christmas gift for my mother in Floprida. I paid for same day delivery, Saturday Dec 17 and they did not arrive until Monday Dec 19th. The flowers look nothing like I ordered, very disappointed. The flowers are awful.
Did not like the 14.99 shipping and handling added to the end of my order on the very last page. It almost made me cancel my order. I was already charged extra for same day delivery. Nickel and dime.
Flower arrangement did not look like picture online. Recipient said flower petals were already falling off when they got them. It was paid to be expedited and arrive by noon, it arrived at 2:00pm. Additional choice of purchasing a teddy bear turned out to be a Mickey Mouse bear that did not meet my expectations of what I had additionally purchased. Overall, very unsatisfied with product and would not purchase from website/company again.
Easy ordering, flexible delivery options, but the product delivered was not satisfactory. The Christmas tree was okay, but was decorated in a sloppy and unattractive way. Looks like someone just threw it together. I would be happy to send you a photo of it.

Cant confirm satisfaction of flowers as it was sent as a gift
The bouquet I ordered was priced nicely, I expected more filling in it...not completely satisfied.
I sent these as a gift. The recipient sent me a picture when they received them. I was shocked to see that they looked NOTHING like what I had chosen. I wanted to send the "Oh what fun!" sleigh as the container, but it was switched to a simple round pot. At least the flowers looked the same. I understand that substitutions are often necessary, but I had chosen that particular arrangement for a reason. It was quite disappointing to me.
I like the service and quickness, however, the flowers delivered, although very pretty, were not like I chose on the picture. They were satisfactory.
