Ordering online was quick and convenient. I however ordered the flowers for same day delivery on a Sunday and due to some complications got the flowers the next day. The flowers that I eventually got were beautiful though they weren't the exact ones I ordered. They upgraded the order.

I was lead to believe that I was paying for a Christmas arrangement of flowers that could be planted in the future. I am really angry that I paid so much to have a mediocre poinsettia derived with no other plants. This is false advertising and bait and switch at its best. I will never use your deceitful service in the future and will tell everyone to stay clear add well.

Goes to shopping cart. I select it the 1st time, nothing appears to happen. I hit "go to shopping cart" again and a double order pops-up. No big deal to cancel 2nd order though. Just a "glich" in the system.
I'm in Europe at the time of my order. Realizing an error I made to recepience's name I tried to email customer service to correct the error. Could not log on to your customer service address. Had to phonecall instead which cost more$$$$. Representative, Peggy, was very polite and professional. Took care of it nicely...FYI.

Nice selection, wide price range, simple ordering process. Ordered the same arrangement for two different people. Both were delivered promptly on the date selected. Haven't seen a photo of the first delivery yet but I am definitely disappointed with the second one. I ordered the deluxe version and paid more for it but the arrangement that was delivered was very skimpy and looked like the standard one. I ordered ahead of time.so they should have had enough flowers to match the arrangement as shown.

I specifically picked an arrangement that looked like a Christmas tree since recipient doesn't have a tree this year. The arrangement was nice and Christmas oriented, but not anything like photos on your site. I realize that florist use their discretion and are limited by their stock, but I expect them to come somewhat close the to arrangement I spent time choosing. What is the point of all your photos if you don't get an arrangement that is similar to the photo?
I placed my order in time for same day delivery and it was not delivered until the next day. The arrangement was very similar to the one pictured, but overall layout was a little different. I would say I liked, not loved the arrangement.
