I ordered the deluxe arrangement hoping that it would have more flowers; however, there were very few roses and they were already fully opened. Also, there was too much green used as a filler. I was disappointed with the order for my Aunt's funeral.

I felt the shipping and handling fee was a little bit pricey. Otherwise the recipient was vey happy with the flowers as well as the unique square vase it came in. Also the people calling to verify delivery were very nice and accommodating to the recipient.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
