I did not like that the same two dozen roses were advertised for 39.95 after I had already put in my order for 29.95 and added the extra dozen for the $20 more. That's ten dollars more for the same thing but with a vase so I felt misled.

The actual shopping experience was quick and easy. I was not please with the product that was delivered. It did not look as nice as the picture on the website. The flowers were skimpy and the greens were a little sloppy so it barely looked like a "Christmas Tree". Granted the arrangement was being delivered to someone in Eufala, Oklahoma so they may not have many high quality florists to choose from. I would use the service again only if selecting an average arrangement.

I really appreciate you delivering her flowers. However when they took them to the casino to deliver them they would not except them and I did not get a call back. So the flowers didn't end up getting to my mother until a couple days later which I didn't like. However you guys did fix it by giving me a voucher for $10 to use on a future order. For this orded there was a substitute and i wasnt notified. But replacement was besutiful
Everything was perfect and very easy. However, I had hoped the plant more closely resembled the picture online, which was much fuller, with more volume. This is gift that replaces a weaker one. The one I received is perhaps younger and may produce more flowering foliage in time. Notwithstanding, my wife loves it and is greatly pleased. (She is surprised I was brave-enough to buy a potted flowering house plant. (I will most likely order something again in the spring.) But I did gain some points on this one.
