The order was delivered on time.
I ordered three different items for Christmas. Each one went to a different address. Each item arrived when it was suppose to. Each person said that they absolutely loved the items. 2 were center pieces for their Christmas table and one was a dried fruit and nut platter. (My son said he could not stop eating them, they tasted so good!) Thank you for providing such wonderful service and great products.

I can not answer the last question until the flowers have been delivered and I have seen them. I hope I will be able to give them all 5 stars.
The flowers were delivered the right day. I was disappointed as when I received a picture of the flowers I sent, it was not like the arrangement I had seen. Much more greenery then shown in ad and it also had only one candle instead of two. Unlike what was in picture, I chose the middle priced one as it showed 2 candles and the lesser price one had only one.
