Because of the geographical difference - me being in a very snowy North Bay, Ontario Canada and needing to get the flowers to a sunny Hollywood Florida, it was great to be able to order direct on-line. Great but shipping to an address within walking distance is a bit pricey. The instructions about how to care for the flowers were sent after the flowers were delivered but they were for cut flowers. My product is orchid plants. Someone goofed.

I had purchased and I keep getting messages on my i-pad that I still,have a $12.00 due to me! I assume this money was applied to this arrangement. I don't need flowers at this time, (although I love them!) but, also, I don't want to lose this gift! I think I really don't have money available at this time, do I? Sent from Indiana to California.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
