Apparently the two items I ordered were not what was pictured, although the recipients said they were beautiful they were different from each other and again not what was pictured.

The flowers were very expensive and very underwhelming for my Mom, the recipient. She said like the poinsettia looked like something from Walmart and I agree! I will not order from you again.

Flowers were sent to a hospital patient. I know she received them but I have not seen them.
This was a gift and they said the basket of fruit was beautiful and delicious! They received it in the time I had specified for delivery. This was so easy and so good I also ordered another fruit basket for another friend. I haven't heard from them yet as to how they liked their basket of fruit. Thank you. I will keep you in mind throughout this next year when I am needing a gift.

I ordered flowers on 12/20 to be sent the next day to someone. Apparently they were delayed and were delivered today. No harm done since they were for Christmas, but if they had been for her birthday they would have been late.

Email from you showed a $12.25 credit on my account from previous purchases. I had also been given free shipping for life. You can't use both on an order. If they are mine, I should be able to use them. Also, it automatically put in the $12.25 discount and the free shipping would have been a larger savings for me. Wouldn't let me change it. Otherwise, in the past, the recipients have been very pleased with the quality of the flowers sent to them.
The arrangement came late afternoon, which was fine. I'm not sure the quality of the flowers was as good as I expected, but they did smell wonderful! Basket different from online, looked like a small cheap Easter basket.
