I received an email on 1/13 that the flowers I had ordered had been delivered, not that they tried to deliver them but they WERE delivered. My girlfriend said she was home all day and never received them. I had to contact your customer service and ask why they weren\'t delivered and she told me this is what the flower shop said and that they would try again on 1/14. They finally were delivered. I think if you are going to send an email that they were delivered they **** well are.

When I first chose the arrangement and the arrangement size, there was a lower discounted price posted, however, I did not get that discounted price. If I wasn't pressed for time I would not have bought the product.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I spent a lot of money for a bunch of green stuff. The only thing that helped the look was the balloons I paid extra money for, and it's a good thing I did. I don't know what flower store you used for this arrangement, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the product. This is the second time I have felt disappointed when I received a picture of an order that I chose and sent. I may not consider doing it again, though I have enjoyed the luxury of choosing and ordering from the internet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
