While I was very disappointed initially by the sharp increase in price once taxes and delivery fees were tacked on (+$20!), the incredibly quick delivery speed made up for that. The driver had the flowers at my friend's door by 9:30 in the morning! He also called me to let me know they had been delivered. Very happy with the delivery and my friend loved the flowers.
The gladiolos were not bloomed they were barely budding which made the arrangement appear to be small.

When ordered the flowers for my daughter for her birthday on the 12th, did not get them that day because of the snow was told she would get them on the 13th I called and was told by the operator that the flowers where going to be deluxe and that I was going to get a $10 off on my next purchase. My daughter got them today the 14th but no deluxe flowers and I did get the $10 on my email.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
