While I was very disappointed initially by the sharp increase in price once taxes and delivery fees were tacked on (+$20!), the incredibly quick delivery speed made up for that. The driver had the flowers at my friend's door by 9:30 in the morning! He also called me to let me know they had been delivered. Very happy with the delivery and my friend loved the flowers.

Thank you.The customer service is wonderful. I called for help with delivery questions and was treated so well. The agent went out of his way to call to see who could deliver birthday flowers on time to my niece in her snow covered town. They were delivered as scheduled and she was so happy with her flowers and balloons. I will recommend fromyouflowers.com to everyone.

When ordered the flowers for my daughter for her birthday on the 12th, did not get them that day because of the snow was told she would get them on the 13th I called and was told by the operator that the flowers where going to be deluxe and that I was going to get a $10 off on my next purchase. My daughter got them today the 14th but no deluxe flowers and I did get the $10 on my email.
