When placing the order I chose Jan 15th as the delivery date because it is my mom's Birthday but nowhere did it say that date was not a delivery date. I do understand if the florist in her small town is not open on Sundays but in the future would like to be informed of this as they then delivered them on Saturday Jan 14th and my Mom was out of town and I knew she was getting home in the early a.m. on the 15th. She did have the flowers sitting in front of her door in the hallway at her apartment but I would have preferred that I be contacted to ask if I would prefer the day before or the day after considering they didn't deliver on my chosen date. I would have chosen Monday so that she would have been home the day they arrived. She doesn't even use that door in the hallway as she goes in and out of her other door that goes directly outside...so I had to ask her on the phone if something was delivered. She said no.so I asked her to please go check her hallway door and yes they were sitting there. I just didn't really like having to tell her to go look for them...just not the same as being surprised with flowers. Thank you

Delivery was a little late in the evening, but then again, the order was placed late too. Overall very good experience.
What I ordered & what I received were two different things. Although they were fresh it was very skimpy compared to what I was expecting. I got a refund.

The flowers were for a memorial service. They were sent ups and when they got to the church the roses were partially frozen with brown pedals and the rest of the flowers were not even open. I thought I would get this beautiful arrangement insted I received brown, bent and unopened flowers!
