Great service - I had a couple of queries after I placed my order and you were very prompt in getting back to me.
Easy experience. My only complaint is how I wasn't shown the service/handling fee until the very last page before ordering. It is almost like you wanted to slip that in and hope I didn't notice it. I almost cancelled the order but decided to go through with it.

My shopping and the ordering process were very easy. I really like the option of three different sizes for the same basic arrangement. As this was delivered to my mother in Florida, I was not able to see the actual product. But she said that it is absolutely beautiful, so I am happy!

Good to start with but as I was deciding on 1 arrangement the price went up, then had to start over. Please keep the prices the same to keep customers happy
After flowers was delivered it was not the same flowers as the pics. It had less flowers and not the same colors as picture. Some flowers completely opened and some not opened at all making the flowers not last as long all together. Pic had carnations and was not shown in picture or listited in discription and not the colors to match other flowers. Will never order from here again. Very very very disappointed
Product was actually delivered to someone out of town so didn't see end results. The rest of the process was easy and self explanatory. Will use service again.

On line ordering was easier then expected, hopefully I did it right and flowers get to the funeral in time. The flowers were very pretty even though there were no yellow flowers like the photo.
