I was generally very happy with the ease of navigating the website. I had ordered for the same day delivery in mind, so when I received the email that it would be delivered the next day I was disappointed. The product was great and arrived as was shown in the picture. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use this website again.
Quick turnaround time.
Horrible. Ordered flowers for a funeral/viewing. Ordered on thurs for same day. Were not delivered. Fri afternoon I was notified delivery was made. Later I find out from the grieving son, the florist delivered someone else's flowers with someone else's name- he had to call them and they said they'd bring my flowers. That didn't happen until Saturday. One hour before she was headed to cemetery! Then I was told via email they were delivered to the church- customer service on phone said they were delivered to funeral home. Three days later, multiple emails and phone calls, STILL couldn't figure out where my flowers were and at this point they were useless. I didn't pay $100 for flowers to arrive "somewhere" an hour before my friend's mother was placed in the ground. And for him to have to call florist to figure it out was completely embarrassing... I will never use thos service again nor recommend it. This is the second time they have messed up an order of mine-last time flowers looked nothing like I ordered, but this was a funeral not a "just because" bouquet- I trusted this company to do their job correctly and they failed.

Overall pretty good, but should be up front with pricing and scrap the service charge.
The flowers looked even better than the picture and the custom photo frame was a big hit with my son's girlfriend.:-)
It's quick and easy, it's not the same arrangement as the picture but it s still very pretty!
Basket was delivered in the time frame as stated. It just wasn't as full as picture showed on website. So I didn't think it was worth the price.
