When I checked the status at 615 pm I was told that delivery was complete. It was not. 2 hours later it was delivered. The actual delivery was quite different from the picture on line.
I was happy to have a discounted price on the flowers. My daughter told me the arrangement was beautiful, and that made me happy.

We appreciated the call to deliver on an earlier schedule to avoid an approaching storm. However the delivered arrangement was nothing like the one we ordered and not to our satisfaction. We provided photos to prove it. We appreciated the offer of a replacement but the moment had passed. It would look ridiculous to send a second arrangement because we didn't like the first.
It was easy and convenient. I never saw the flowers as they were delivered in another state, but the person receiving them liked them.

The charge on the very last page of $14.99 for shipping and handling was a surprise. It was added after I had already chosen flowers, entered all info including addresses and credit card info. This was the only website I could find that had black/over the hill balloons. I ordered what I wanted - I think - and the recipient was very pleased with them. The only thing that was a negative was on the website there was a picture of the balloons and 3 different sizes/prices. When I clicked on the different choices, the picture and the description didn't change, so I wasn't sure what the difference was. When my brother thanked me for them, he said he appreciated the balloons and the "chocolates". I didn't realize I had included chocolates in my order. Still pleased with the product, but a more complete description would be helpful. I would use them again!
The arrangement was completely different than what I ordered. It should have been a combination of plants with fresh flowers instead it was an assortment of succulents. I just happen to like succulents or it may have been a real problem.
Always looking for something unique to give as a gift. This was perfect.

Prices are a bit high and one of the balloons started deflating the next day
I received an item different with the picture and description. They explained that they just accommodated according to some reasons. Why not let me know in advance if they could not supply what I ordered? They just gave me some refund (not all) and gift code but this makes me feel I have been forced to buy something I do not need. And what they sent to me is absolutely cheaper than the one I have ordered.
I like that you have florist designed and delivered flowers and not ones that are mailed.

I ordered the Rose and Lily Celebration for a birthday present. The order did not arrive until sometime after 8:00 pm. It was left outside where the temperature was 27 degrees F. When it arrived, it was left at the door step and the delivery person never rang the door bell to indicate it was delivered. The plants were very cold because it had been outside in the truck since 6:00 am (based on the tacking information). I had informed the recipient to be on the look out for the flower, so they were checking every half hour. If I hadn't told them, they flowers would have been left outside all night. Furthermore, the arrangement was nothing like what was illustrated in the picture. I did order the deluxe version and was very disappointed in how it looked. I thought it would more colourful, but was for the most part very green.
The flowers did not look anything like the picture. The recipient sent me the picture and the flower stems were not cut and towering over the vase. I feel scammed, and I have pictures to prove it with package received receipts.
