The flower was two days late. It was not what was ordered, I was promised an upgrade and it could not have been and upgrade from what I ordered.
Came very late in day to an elderly person...hope it was taken in...she would not be able to lift it.

Follow up: Well my granddaughters balloon bouquet was not the cute small mylar balloon bouquet as pictured on your site but rather just the large balloon type that you can get at any party store a lot cheaper. The box of candy was a higher quality brand however. So overall I was disappointed for the money.
The plant was nice. It was smaller than I expected. The delivery was delayed due to the fact that the delivery person said they could not get into the office. People were inside. The delivery person could have knocked on the door?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
