Received delivery confirmation only to find out flowers never arrived and were taken back to florist without explanation. When asking for flowers to be delivered before a certain hour due to the error, they were delivered later than requested.

After receiving the flowers, not pleased, apparently the florist didn't have red carnations instead pink, did not look as well as advertised. Had a similar experience with another floral company, that's why I came to this website. Again disappointed, I feel bad for the family I sent it too, embarrassed.
I live overseas and I really wanted to do something special for a friend on her 30th birthday after hearing that she was coming home to an empty house from work. I immediately went to FromYouflowers website and chose a lovely combination of flowers, chocolate and a teddybear for her. I had some problems with placing the order and the Staff called me promptly and assisted me over the phone and I eventually placed the order for same day delivery.
All I can say is that, when my friend walked in the building and saw what was waiting for her at her front door she literally started bawling her eyes out! Thanks Fromyouflowers.com for helping me put a smile on someone's face;-)
