Flowers arrived in a timely manner. Same day within 4hrs. My girlfriend was very happy with the arrangement and called me to say so right away.
Flowers were left on my mother's porch...she was pleased with them.
I was so excited for my son to receive this for his 18th birthday...I was willing to pay for the biggest basket. On the site the picture shows a basket full of sweets, mainly chocolate bars and candy...our basket arrived with mainly cookies and ritz crackers to fill up the space (3 packages of cristie cookies. One package of ritz crackers, two packages of milano lady fingers...in terms of candy we got 1 package of licorice, 1 package of jolly ranchers, 2 regular size snickers bars, 2 recess bars, 1 pack of 4 coffee crisps, and 1 bag of m&ms. The presentation was beautiful and well wrapped, but not worth the more than 75 dollars I spent.

After having two orders with no problems I decided to order some flowers for my daughter-in-law for the next day. I had a call from a private caller late Wednesday afternoon but they wouldn't speak to me about what I had ordered because I had used my husband's card. He was informed that the flowers would not be delivered on Wednesday and they would be refunding the same day charge, upgrading the flowers and including an apology for the late delivery. They also sent an email with a ten dollar off coupon all of that was fine but since I am the one who made the order it might have been good form to talk to me.
Disappointed that it showed a discounted price for the flowers I was ordering but when it got to the end it was not discounted at all the price was the original price. If I had time to do something else I would have cancel the order but I didn't so this time you get my money.

Delivered on time and beautiful arrangement.
The $14.99 service/handling fee should have been mentioned "before" I completed my order. If I had known I would be charged this fee in addition to the $50.99 for the flowers and the $2.99 same day delivery fee, I would have backed out and went somewhere else. However, since I was running out of time and I needed the flowers delivered the same day, I went ahead and placed my order before the 3:00 cut off time. Then a few minutes later, I receive an email stating that my order could NOT be delivered the same day but would be delivered the next day instead. The positive side to this: The flowers were beautiful.
