This arrangement looks nothing like the picture

This arrangement looks nothing like the picture. The dark purple looks gloomy and and sad. Definitely not the bright PINK and yellow pictured. This was for a birthday and NOT a funeral. I won't make this mistake again.

I hope the flowers I'm sending are just right for my mom! I just was happy I got a deal:)

I was sorta bummed some of the lilies were still bulbs but my mom was happy because it sorta extends the life the have in the vase. She was happy to be receiving them either way :)

Delivery driver called my girlfriend inside her work saying he had flowers to deliver instead of putting in the effort of asking the front desk for where she was located. Slightly disappointed as I believe this takes away some of the surprise.

It was timely and she was very happy about the quality of the flowers though. Overall too expensive, and failed delivery method, but the product looked very nice.

The color was not close to what I ordered. It looked so simple. I do a better job incorporating detail when I buy flowers. I mean it was a birthday bouquet for my mother... I understand it's snowing in Oregon and they may not have variety of flowers due to weather or whatever- but at least know how to incorporate detail or something festive to bring it alive! And yes I unfortunately I caught the price/ fees did not match "the special" on line. I know exactly how and where they tricked me... but well lesson learned!

I upgraded the flowers and they delivered the lower quality item instead. I ordered flowers, chocolates and a Mylar balloon and all that was initially delivered were the flowers. I had to call in after I found out the chocolates and balloon were not included. This was a special surprise that was ruined by the florist. I will not use this service again as the result of the vendors contracted.
