The website was easy to navigate...I liked that! Will use again when needed. I ordered the same delivery for a Sat. & paid for it, but they let me know that it would not be possible to deliver on Sat. After all. I was refunded the add'l same day delivery charge and the fruit basket was delivered on Monday, as promised. I figured that the good fruit was not available late on Sat., so they preferred to wait until Monday to deliver good quality fruit. I did not personally see the basket, but the recipient was overwhelmed by it. So everybody was happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
