I ordered hours before the delivery deadline for same day service. I then get an email saying that my order could not be delivered until the following day. I called and was offered 30% off the arrangement price and a $20 gift card. I got the gift card (which I don't intend on using), but was still charged full price. There is a reason people order same day service. My wife liked the flowers, but the moment was ruined.

Apparently the flowers are all beautiful (they were not delivered to me, but all recipients have confirmed). Only thing I didn't like was a minimum amount needed in order to ship to one area. Other than that, easy process. Thanks!

I was not satisfied. This was to have been a birthday gift and I truly was disappointed. My initial response was a 15% discount. I responded that I wouldn't have even paid $50.00 for what was sent so I received a 15.00 Gift Certificate. Not sure if I will be using that, I have used the internet for purchases and I realize it might not look exactly, but I have always gotten if not similar something better than what I ordered. It might have been better if the shop you used had offered to do something to correct their mistake.
Did not like $14.95 handling fee.
This was a birthday gift my mother was extremely pleased with the basket and I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery

I ordered flowers for my terminally ill aunt yesterday from Fromyouflowers.com to brighten her day just a little. The flowers I chose, are not in fact the flowers she received. I'm sure you can understand how utterly disappointed I was when my cousin sent me images of the abominable arrangement that was delivered to my aunts hospital room. I wish I could post photos in this review so you could see first hand what a disappointment the arrangement she received was. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the pain and heartache do NOT order from Fromyouflowers.com.
