The experience was very simple
The delivery arrived after 4pm, because that is when my mother left for to go out for her birthday dinner. When she returned home around 11PM, she found the flowers ON THE DOORSTEPS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE! Who does that? Just leave a $50-$60 order of flowers on the stairs in the street? I am shocked at the lack of professionalism. It could have EASILY been stolen by a passerby. Is this how you do business? She was pleased with the flowers but frankly I am appalled by the late service and lack of care your delivery service/florist operated with.

Just talked to my sister who is the recipient--she was overjoyed with her flowers and stated they were absolutely gorgeous.

Shopping was easy.I had made my choice and than canceled the order due to shipping cost. In order to keep me as a customer, shipping charges were dropped. Now I feel appreciated and shall return.
Overall good service didn't realize how far from where I wanted the delivery made they were located but they did guarentee one day service and that didn't happen but they are supposed to return the delivery fee. She did like the arrangement.
Quick checkout process however the flower quality was poor and the delivery was after the specified time. The website said by 5 to a business address and the flowers arrived at almost 5:30pm. Two of the flowers arrived dead. I was sent a photo of the arrangement and I was embarrassed. The carnations were all on their last legs. They looked like they had been in another arrangement for a week. Some had already molted. And all the carnations had lost their color next to the roses they looked sickly. The roses were nice but there were only 11 of them. Why they were short one rose from a dozen is unknown.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
