I was so disappointed with the personal vase and flowers sent. The case was too small to hold the flowers. It fell over and broke. The photo vase is just a photo insert. Not as displayed. There was no baby breath with the flowers.
I ordered flowers last minute to be delivered to a family member the same day. It was an easy process and inexpensive compared to other flower websites. I will definitely use these services again. Thank you!

I like the price of the 19.99. If I would have known the Service and Handling charge would of been that much. I would of bought and delivery my own flowers.
The receiver was satisified with the quality of the flowers received, however, delivery was a day after the promised delivery date (paid for same day afternoon delivery, but delivery wasn't until the following evening.)
I received a photo of my order and was very disappointed with the arrangement. The arrangement was poorly done. I was not expecting perfection but I was expecting for the arrangement to look as if someone took pride into putting it together. At least have the few roses front an forward. I feel as though it was thrown together since some of the flowers was missing leafs and it was more then obvious. I had this same arrangement sent out before from a florist in Atlanta and it was so beautiful that I started to order it frequently. The price was $10 more than what I have paid in Atlanta but I felt it was reasonable. I gave an extra star only because the 2 customer service rep that I spoke to about the delivery time was very kind and polite. The customer service rep deserve 5 stars but the arrangement deserve 1 for effort.
Fromyouflowers is the only place I use for flower arrangement delivery, they never fail me. I ordered flowers for my ailing granddaughter to be delivered to her dorm room at college and as usual fromyouflowers was on the money. In my eyes they are the best.
