We ordered a From You Flowers Sympathy Bouquet. The recipient sent a picture of the arrangement, which looked identical to the photo we selected from the on-line examples. We are very satisfied with the quality and the extended selection of floral arrangements offered by the From You Flowers website.

Shipping is a little pricey.

Easy to order! Delivery was on time as promised. I ordered the roses and lilies bouquet for my daughter. The picture my daughter sent me showed gerber daisies not red and pink roses. Otherwise the arrangement was very pretty.

Overall good

I didn't like the additional costs for the vase and the delivery fee is high. The $10 discount just seemed like bait, as that should have really been the price anyway.

The picture is complete different than the original product, thats why I am not 100% satisfied

The ordering process was fairly simple but to see a $15.00 fee at the end was surprising. This information should be conveyed up front.

It is not possible for me to answer some of the questions on this survey since I had the plant sent to someone else so I didn't see it. I'm sure this is the case with most of your customers.

Fast and good service a little pricey

So far the ordering process was nice. But can they deliver?
The flowers were very pretty, nicely arranged, and arrived at a reasonable time as requested. Much better than the crap service I received when I ordered flowers through a local flower shop for delivery in another state.

We wanted to send a condolence gift for the whole family, the beautiful fruit and cheese basket was perfect!

The product was a little smaller with fewer flowers than shown. Way less purple. My daughter liked it though.

Cheap prices, easy ordering, but will have to wait to see the product. After the delivery, and I got to see the flowers, they were wilted and flowers had missing pedals.
