The flowers were extremely small compared to the photo and it contained no purple flowers at all. I am embarrassed for sending those. Looked like my 8 year old went out back and picked them

Wish the delivery charge was less. The flowers didn't look fresh especially the lilies but the recipient was very happy anyways.

The handling charge was unexpected, it should be made clear before ordering that this charge will be applied.
I chose the Mint Julep Surprise because it contained two large orchids as they are her favorite. The arrangement she received was similar but the supposed orchids are not visually identifiable as orchids and do NOT even resemble the picture I ordered from.
Far better shipping options, flower selection and prices than flowers.com!

I wanted to take some time to express just how disappointed I am towards the finish product that was delivered. Enclosed you can clearly see what I ordered is by NO MEANS what was sent.
What I ordered was details and clean YET what I order via the shown in the 2nd picture is a complete utter mess. I am not satisfied nor am I pleased in the quality of the product that cost me $54.98 which is completely unacceptable. I did not order a bouquet of flowers; I ordered a cake flower?
How will From You Flowers fix this and make it right?

Love the variety of flowers/gift selections. Free shipping discount was an added bonus! Ordered a florist designed bouquet for my best friend with terminal cancer. It was a beautiful arrangement and brightened up her day. Will definitely utilize fromyouflowers.com again!
