I was very pleased with the experience. It was an easy transaction and professional delivery. The recipient was not home on the original delivery date, so instead of leaving the plant on the doorstep for anyone to take they left a delivery notice and returned with the next day.
It has been very easy to order online.
The only negative comment I could make is that the picture showed a lily that had bloomed but the plant did not include any bloomed flowers. I know very little about flowering plants, so my guess is at some point there will be a flower.

It irritated me extremely to go through the entire ordering process, along with "Free Delivery" only to see that you tack on an extra handling charge. That is SO deceptive and wrong! That is what would keep me from ordering from you again. Why not just STATE the fee upfront? However, the bouquet of flowers I had sent were very beautiful.
