Flowers I ordered did NOT look like what was delivered. I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered, even the balloons, I choice pink, got 1 red 1 blue with orange string. I got the pictures to prove it. Do you think if you could not complete the order as requested you would call the customer to see if substituting would be ok? Flowers,vase, balloons!

I just ordered a "winter wonderland bouquet" that was described as "Created with white lilies, yellow roses, purple Monte Casino and blue delphinium. Delivered in a clear glass vase with a personalized card" It cost me $50 including a $15 delivery fee. My sister called to thank me for "the yellow rose" I sent her. When I called to ask about it they offered to give me an $8 credit since it wasn't as the picture depicted. This company is terrible, I will NEVER use them again, and I will make sure I let people know how misleading the website is.
Overall a good shopping experience but would also like to see a spot for a preferred time of delivery.

Easy, lots of choices, same day delivery available and reasonable price! I paid for same day delivery but a few hours after I placed the order I got an email refunding the same day delivery fee as the order could not be fulfilled until the following day. I called and they changed the place of delivery as I knew the recipient would not be home but at work. Easy and they took care of everything! I didn't even have to haggle to get the same day fee reimbursements they initiated the whole process. Great customer service! Oh and the flower and balloon we just as described and made my friend day :)!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
