Did not have sunflowers, but instead pink roses, which was nice. I did not like the vase as well as the one in the picture when I chose this arrangement. Also, There was no bow or straw tie around it...other than that very pleased, and my friend loved it.

I accidentally added two bouquets to my card and it was an bit difficult to delete one of them. I also had to type my personal info multiple times. Other than that, great deals and service as always! Also, when my mother finally received her flowers at her workplace (Washington DC), some of the roses were dying and brown! This was embarrassing. From you flowers offered to send her more roses but I told them I preferred a credit and they only gave me 30% back. I will say when I used them in my home state in NC, the florist they used did a great job. I guess it just depends on what florist they use.

I paid for same day delivery, a nominal price. Then at the very end I see a charge of $14.99 for handling. I am not pleased that this was kept a secret til the very end. Be up front with your charges. I feel I was ripped off. Never again will I order from this place. I just hope it is a decent arrangement. I have requested that they send me a picture.

Be more upfront with fees for delivery, same day, etc. don't want to get to the last page to find out my order is 15 dollars more.

Advertised low cost "Florists Choice" w "Guaranteed" 4 hour delivery. I upgraded to $29 version - which then became $57 after fees. They didn't - delivered 32 hours later, and I got an email about a refund of THREE DOLLARS! BETER SERVICE better COST at MANY MANY other vendors (try Flowerbuds or Harry&David) DISHONEST PRICING AND PROMISES. DO NOT USE FROM YOU FLOWERS
