The product was NOT AT ALL what the picture portrayed. And the flowers were dead / brown.

I love ordering through fromyouflowers, so the next time that I do, I will be ordering using a different zip code, and having a friend pick up -- to use a different flower shop.
I think in quoting services and products you need to advise of a handling fee. A $40 arrangement turned into $60. The discount you give lost on handling charges. I might use this again, not sure. The arrangement shows to be delivered -- I am not the recipient and I can't verify that at this time so will take your notification that it was. Otherwise - selection appears to be good in pricing and variety of products.

I ordered two dozen roses and had them sent to my fiancée work. When she arrived home with them I noticed what look like bugs had been eating the leafs and where brown spots on roses. She had only had the flowers for about a hour before she arrived home with them so I know the damages are not from her. I've used this website a couple times and always been extremely happy so I'll try not to let one time deter me from using them again.
I was very happy with the customer service and speedy response. The first attempt to deliver my mother's birthday flowers was not successful because she wasn't home. After calling customer service they were able to go out a second time and deliver. The flowers, balloon and card were exactly what I ordered and were beautiful. Thank you!
