I chose this site because it appeared to be the most inexpensive site I could find. The flowers that I purchased were only $19.99, which seemed like a great deal. I even opted for the "next day" charge of $2.99. I then went all the way through the order process, signed into PayPal, approved the billing address, and where the money would come from. Then filled out the address it was going to...It wasn't until I had spent several minutes of my time, filling in information, as well as personalizing the card, that I got to the final page, where $14.99 was added to my bill. Adding $15 shipping and handling, at the very end of the order with no mention of it upfront, is ridiculous. I should've just called the local floral shop.
The bouquet that was received was pretty, and well done, but I would've gotten more for my money if I would have just ordered over the phone locally.
Ordering was super easy and secure. A product was delivered when asked, however, what I ordered was not what was delivered. I received a plant that was priced $10 cheaper than what I ordered. Then I was given the option of keeping what was delivered or having what I want delivered the next day. This was ordered for my daughter who is out of state and resides in a college dorm. It was ordered for her 20th birthday and was originally delivered on her birthday as requested. She will not be there to take delivery any day for the rest of the week. I did not want her birthday present to be an inconvenience, but that is what it has become. Everything was downhill after the order and has become a real hassle. The plant delivered was pretty but was not even close to what I ordered. I have had two phone conversations and still need to call again. Overall - a very bad first impression.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
