Very good selection with reasonable pricing options. HOWEVER! Seeing the flower arrangement at the visitation in real life was very disappointing! I ordered the medium arrangement and it was smaller than a flower basket I recently purchased from the grocery store for $5.99. I can't imagine if I would have ordered the small, would I have needed a magnifying glass to see it!?! How embarrassing to see something like that on display for 100's of customers we work with on a daily basis to see with all of our names on it. And yes, people look!

The product was sent to a friend so I never saw it. I did receive a text that it was delivered so I know that much was completed. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt regarding delivering what I requested.

The ordering was easy, but the price on the payment page seemed surprisingly higher than on page one and when I tried to go back to page one to check, my order disappeared and I had to redo it. My fault, I know, but then I was concerned that I might be charged twice since I'd entered it all twice. But having your service available is wonderful!

Fowers were supposed to have been delivered by 2pm before Shannon left work, and were not. They had to deliver to her home address.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
