Received a picture of the flowers received and they didn't look like the picture that I ordered from...the driver who called for the delivery was very short when he wasn't able to reach the person I was sending them to right away...said he had other orders to deliver. It was my first time every ordering flowers on line...feel like I may need to stick with the florist personally.

Your service fees seem a bit high. But the selection is very nice.
The flowers I ordered were specific as to the kind and color. Both the kind and color were changed in the actual arrangement. White with green and a little purple is not the same as yellow and pink with some green. It was sent in sympathy for a man and the new arrangement did not seem appropriate to me. And it hardly looked like a $45 arrangement. I was disappointed.

Ordered several days ahead of "date I wanted delivered" Rceived email they were delivered 3 days prior to that date I requested--than ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERENT DELIVERED AT ALL!'! The only resolution was for them to deliver 2 days late and 20.00 dollar gift certificate--like I will EVER USE THEM AGAIN! NO THANK YOU!

My friend had a baby in January and I ordered the "Florist Designed New Baby Girl" bouquet in the "deluxe" size (middle size option). I paid extra to get them delivered the same day, and was happy when my friend texted me four hours later to say thank you. When I went for a visit later that afternoon, I was horrified at the bouquet. It was so incredibly small and the one lily looked to be on it's last leg. I cannot even imagine what the "regular" size option would have been... maybe just the one lily and some baby's breath or something. I was really upset because I felt like this company was very misleading. Not only did I have to pay extra to get the flowers delivered that same day (of which I placed the order early in the morning), had to pay a 14.99 "processing/handling" fee for a very small bouquet! In addition, their website indicates you can get 20% off if you put in your email address. I did that and got a notification that the discount had been applied to my order; however, it NEVER was. I've since received several emails from them stating I have a $12.19 credit that is going to expire soon if I don't use it! Trust me when I say this, if they gave me free flowers, I would not send them to someone. I was so embarrassed that my name was associated with the bouquet. Never again will I use this company.
I wanted to send additional customized cards with one order and was told I could not, even with the option to pay because this was sent on behalf of myself and 9 other coworkers as a funeral gift to our boss. So... instead I had to order the plant, sign (1) card with a group message vs. 10 customized cards. I would suggest making this option available in the future if people are willing to pay additionally.
The site is great but they can't control the quality of the arrangements u receive. I was disappointed with the regular and premium arrangements

I was very pleased with the products I ordered from you flowers. The recipients of my gift sent pictures - the peace lily is beautiful! It was bigger than I thought it would be & the leaves were very shiny- two flowers will be appearing soon. The recipients loved it! I also ordered a Congratulatory box of decorated cookies. They were sent in a beautiful box & looked just like the advertised picture. Everything was delivered in the time frame stated when ordered & I was sent delivery notices along the way. I would order from this company again. Thank you so much!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
