Overall a very good service. The handling charge I thought was a little overpriced, especially as the flower set choosen were discounted and the handling charge just popped it over the budget I wanted. As an overseas customer having the flowers sourced locally for a local delivery was paramount to me using your service. I do appreciate overheads and handling charges...but for a new customer that could have been waived.

The processing fee is ridiculous. Wont order again. Didn't get flowers on time nor first thing in the morning the next day. The price is ridiculous for the service and the look of the flowers. $55 for a bundle of flowers that would normally be like $20 is stupid.

Received a picture of the flowers received and they didn't look like the picture that I ordered from...the driver who called for the delivery was very short when he wasn't able to reach the person I was sending them to right away...said he had other orders to deliver. It was my first time every ordering flowers on line...feel like I may need to stick with the florist personally.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
