I bought flowers from you for Christmas and my mom was so excited to say that it lasted 2 weeks so I'm back ordering again.
There are not many arrangements to choose from and for a decent price.
2/1/17 Adding to my previous comment - our colleague did receive a beautiful arrangement but the check-out price and actual billed price was different. I almost didn't get to expense the receipt.
Flowers were delivered too late in the day i.e. After 6pm for a birthday gift is rediculous. Also for the price that I paid the piece was very small. Will not be ordering from you again as other companies have bigger and better arrangements for the price.
If you are going to provide options for different time deliveries--please post the cost of each right away ---and NOT only at the time of review!

I won't know until the flowers are delivered. I think you should have included the price of delivery. That is a large amount to add at the end of the transaction.

The shopping experience was fine but I was shocked to see a $15 additional shipping and handling fee added to my product at the end. At that point I had already invested too much time so I just purchased it but I will not be back because of that surprise charge.
It was ok with the exception of not being able to talk to a local shop about the purchase. Also...the Sacajawea coin was replaced with a Grover Cleveland coin. What's with that. Please tell fromyouflowers to do an archeological dig to send the advertised coin.

This was for a birthday present for my grandson, nothing like what I ordered. They offered a 20.00 gift card. No how about giving what I payed for. His birthday was today and 5 hours later still no response. Very unhappy.
Easy and fast ordering system
I was bummed, because in the past I've had a great experience with fromyouflowers.com which is why I returned for a 2nd purchase. The second time I purchased in advance to ensure delivery on an Anniversary date. The date was confirmed when I checked out, but then 2 days before the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I got an e-mail saying that they had been "delivered today" due to a scheduling conflict. I would have loved to at least been able to cancel the order instead of having them delivered to my friends on the wrong date :( sadly won't be purchasing from here again.
Overall it was good service except the flowers were delivered at 1:43pm and I got notification at 4:15.

Normal experience although I thought I was ordering from a specific florist as that's the website I was on. I was wondering why delivery charge was more.
What I requested to be sent was not at all what was received. I ordered something bright & cheery & what was delivered was dark & gloomy. Totally opposite of the desired reason for sending the flowers to begin with.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
