This is the worst scam of a company! Buy local don't waste your money. They sent my Mom dead flowers with a card filled out to someone else with a line scratched over it with my Moms name under it. The flowers ordered were NOT WHAT SHE RECEIVED. When i called to complain they said the florist can replace if they don't have the correct flowers, apparently in small print. She received CARNATIONS & 2 dead roses! Their "guarantee" is a scam. They were also supposed to be delivered by 6 but they didn't arrive until 8pm.

The thought I requested an upgraded vase. What I received was a plain clear vase that was really too small to get 24 rose stems into it. We had to use a vase we had of our own. The flowers were very nice, but slightly wilted. Hopefully, they will perk up now that we have them in water.
The flowers delivered the following day because the patient was still in recovery, but they were delivered in the afternoon and not in the morning and almost missed the recipient as she was about to be discharged.
Second time and it was great.
My wife was not happy with the condition of the flowers. They were delivered on time.
