The recipient of my gift received 2 bouquets, from different florists. She said the one bouquet was beautiful, but when I saw a picture of it, it looked very sparse to me, with little resemblance to the picture of the ordered flowers. The other bouquet looked more similar to what I ordered, but she said the vase was much smaller so that it looked like more.
I paid extra for deluxe and the received product does not look as full as the image shown, It is scanty and unimpressive. I'm embarrassed I sent to my wife's office.
The website and price were great. My wife received the flowers and they have brown spots like they are half dead on delivery. My surprise to send her flowers turned into a small disappointment because of the flowers being half fresh.
I wish shipping and handling was not as much. I'd be great if prices on the website could include these fees.

I always get lured to buy something with the "credit earned" from my last order. Which, as a 35 year marketing veteran, I know better. But I fall for it and end up spending more money than intended every time. Lol. I bought this arrangement for the pot, not the flowers. Hope the gamble pays off or hope I learn my lesson and stop falling for this marketing ploy. (Written before delivery.)
The flowers were delivered and, even though I paid for the smallest arrangement, they came in the picture pot with and amazing arrangement! Worth every penny. And also so much better than FTD, who offers free delivery with their Membership, but only offers the "unseen Florists' Choice," which has been no better than picking up something at the local grocery. Fromyouflowers.com gets ALL my business from now on, even if I feel silly falling for the marketing ploys.;-)

This was a gift for an ill person. She couldn't answer the door so it was left on the porch, hopefully it will be OK. There was no care directions with it, which I thought would be, but she is going to look on line on how to care for it. She did say it was beautiful and already had one bloom.
This has been a horrible place to purchase flowers! The flowers were not at the funeral! I the website syptstus said they were not delivered yet, I was on hold 30 total minutes, talked to two humans who didn't have a clue. Was disconnected several times during holding. These were for a funeral, for a close relative, very very sad this was the way you do business! I will be sure to spread the word!
