Quick and easy. Hardest decision was choosing the perfect flowers. They are all so beautiful. I sent the order to my best friend in Texas and she absolutely loves them!
Two dozen red roses were ordered for a very special occasion and the petals were wilting on the edges.
Everything was great. She loved them!
Like most floral delivery sites I had to enter ALL the information (delivery info AND billing info) in order to find out what my total cost would be - I had a specific budget to stick to including tax and shipping and it is frustrating to have to enter all the information only to find out with shipping and tax I was over budget. I will buy again if the recipient is happy with the order. - the recipient was very happy with the order - therefore so am I.

Everything was great except the internet site. Difficult to find the "track order" button, and then the order number is required.
There was no estimated delivery time provided, so I was unsure if the recipient would still be at that address.
It would be nice to have the track order button at the top of the page, and provide a delivery timeframe either at order placement or once the delivery has been scheduled.
The flowers are beautiful and everything I ordered was included.

Tread carefully if you want exactly what you pay for. The arrangement that was delivered was not the same as the picture. It was much smaller (even though I paid for the Deluxe size) and it didn't have the same flowers. They gave me 20% refund, but I should have had a full refund, given that the florist used a much cheaper flower as "filler" instead of what was originally promised. It was a pretty arrangement, but be aware of the pricey service & handling charges at checkout.
We love Aunt Grace. She is the most envied Auntie in her resident! All the ladies loved the flowers!

The bouquet that was delivered didn't look like the photo. Also for a deluxe bouquet it was quite small. Will not be wasting money upgrading if I order from this site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
