A bit expensive but convenience is great
All very simple to order but as we are not used to the taxes being added in the UK it came to more than I thought at the checkout so had to start again as I had agreed a budget with a friend. The delivery arrived on time. However I was disappointed when I saw a photo of the flowers sent by the recipient on the day as it looked a small quantity for a deluxe version I had ordered and some of the flowers did not look fresh. It was sadly not as vibrant as the photograph had led me to believe.
Sent to my daughter for her birthday, she called, thrilled. Everything arrived in good shape thanks

The flowers that were delivered were not the premium size that I ordered. They were the regular size.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
