The flowers were a Birthday gift, and my aunt said they were lovely. She lives on the East Coast, and they were expecting a big snow storm to come in during the night, so the delivery man made a point of delivering them one day early and explaining the reason to you - which she really appreciated. My overall experience in purchasing the flowers was very good, and I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again. I felt that I received an excellent value for the money, and the website was easy to use.

The strawberries showed to be $9.99, when I checked out I had been unable to edit, empty my cart, close browser and go back in. The items remained in my cart. I appreciate the $13.96 credit, but do not care for the switch and bait tactic.
The flowers delivered are not the flowers I ordered, they are a medium arrangement crammed into a vase that is way too small, some blooms are dead and two flowers had broken stems hanging down when it arrived a day too early, the bow is not a multiple multi colored cheerful bows, it's a single yellow bow that looks like my 5 year old tied it. On the website the arrangement shows flowers that are arranged in various heights and looks like a professional arranged the bouquet, the arrangement I received looks like a beginner arranged it as all the flowers are the same height and clumped together. It looks awful and I would like a refund for these flowers and you are more than welcome to pick them up. I will not be giving these to my loved one.
I will not be shopping with you again.

I wanted to leave a message with the florist: No deliveries before 11:00 AM. There was no place to leave such a message. Also, even with a 25% discount, the flowers are pricey. For this price, I'd like some guarantee that the bouquet will last at least a week with proper care (and, hopefully, longer than that!). I think I would have saved money by going directly to a local florist.
The flowers were delivered about 11:45 AM. They are pretty but much smaller than I thought they would be especially for a "deluxe" bouquet. The roses were not even full-size, nor were most of the carnations (pinks were substituted for carnations). I am seriously considering not ever using your services again.
