Reasonable price, super-fast shipping (I needed same day, and the flowers arrived within a couple of hours). My only disappointment was that the arrangement, while still pretty, did not look at all like the online photo. The vase was the same, and a few of the flowers were the same, but there were a lot more leaves in the actual arrangement (compared to what was pictured on the website).

Quick, easy, free shipping! Was disappointed that product arrived after she left from work on her birthday. Delivery was to a school. Also, product not as pictured, arrived in plastic bowl, which was disappointing. Ordering was easy, but will probably try different website in future because of above issues.
