Nice selection of flowers and an easy ordering process. I've ordered from you before and the flowers were on time and were good quality. I hope the same is true this time.
The ordering process was good, but I don't think the bouquet that was delivered was as nice as advertised. I paid extra for the premium arrangement, but it had significantly fewer flowers than what was represented in the site. Disappointing.
Easy to shop
In my order for the delivery date I entered 03/02/2017, which is my daughters n granddaughters birthday. However it was delivered 03/01/2017, which was the day I ordered them. Do you know why this happened?
This is my third purchase. First time was fine. Everything went great. Second time they missed the delivery date, and the flowers were supposed to be upgraded and were not for the trouble with the delivery, they credited my account for 15% after the problem with the second order, so I decided to give them a chance again. The third time I ordered the deluxe version of you are In my heart bouquet. It was delivered on time but the amount of flowers was definitely less than they pictured when ordered. Not thrilled, but their prices were reasonable so I ordered again. Will not be quick to do it again. Will try some place else.

Basket, smaller than I expected upon delivery.
I had difficulty getting the correct discount code to apply and stay applied! It kept trying to switch to a different (smaller) discount code. However, it did eventually work. The person I sent the plant to sent me a photograph of it, and I was very happy with its appearance! It was very large, full, and healthy looking. The recipient was also quite pleased.

The only reason for the 4 star rating is I think you should have someway of letting customer see how much shipping costs are going to be before getting too far into ordering process. My granddaughter said the flowers were delivered on time and came in a vase not in a box as indicated which was ok as long as I was not charged differently. Thanks for the promptness of the delivery.

3/1 - I needed to order flowers that could be delivered today and so far, this has been fairly easy. This is the first time I have used your site.
3/2 - After I ordered the flowers (at approx. 2:30 in the afternoon), I was sent an e-mail stating that the flowers would NOT be delivered the same day. :( The flowers were delivered the day after. The flowers are beautiful, but it would have been better to have the same day delivery.
Ordering was easy, but the order was not delivered on time - despite what the confirmation mail I received stated. The recipient confirmed that the delivery was a day late. I will be reluctant to use this service again in the future.

You were not able to deliver on the day I requested. I got an apology note, but no opportunity to change the delivery details.
The basket received does not look at all to what we order, way too empty, not enough products. Actually kind of sad. Not worth the money we paid for it
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
