So far, so good. We'll see about delivery and quality when received.

The item I ordered was a lot nicer than the one received. The flowers were much different and not arranged very well. The arrangement looked rather sloppy. It was sent to a friend whose aunt had just passed away. I was disappointed when I saw the flowers.

I was a little surprised by the handling fee, but I thought OK it'll be a nice arrangement. The arrangement was not delivered on the day I had asked which was our anniversary. It was delivered the day after, yes the company sent me an email several hours after I ordered the arrangement and apologized for the delay. I didn't cancel the order because I thought it would be a beautiful arrangement but I did go to my local walmart and get a cheap arrangement so I could give my wife flowers ON our anniversary. The arrangement was delivered today and to say the least I was very disappointed. I was expecting something that cost 9 times more than my bouquet from Walmart to outshine the Walmart bouquet, my mistake. I'm not sure if it is the fault of Fromyouflowers or if it's the local florist in which they used, either way I'm very disappointed in the product I received. I would attach a picture if there's was a way to do so.

I picked out an arrangement from the pictures shown for local florist delivery and the arrangement that the person received looked nothing like what I picked. Should have just gone with florist pick arrangement it may have turned out prettier.

Everything was fine except I wanted same day delivery but an hour or so later I received an e-mail saying it wasn't going to happen and I would get credit for the extra charge. I will have to check and make sure I didn't, also, the delivery charge is a bit high.
