I am a very good customer and so far I have never been disappointed with the accuracy of delivery or quality of flowers. The recepients are always very pleased.
It was delivered to a nursing home for my best friend. Since I wasnt present all I can comment on was she said they were beautiful. That's all I wanted. Thank you.
Not very happy with the product delivered. Arrangement had large empty areas, looked to have about half as many flowers as the picture on the website. Colors not even very similar and didn't have ribbons shown so it really didn't look like a Birthday arrangement.

The cost of these bouquets are not clearly marked at all. Horrible. And upon delivery there were significantly less flowers than I ordered and 2/3 of them died within 24 hours. The card had spelling errors that weren't online on the order, and the vase wasnt the one I ordered. I will never use this service again

The flowers arrived timely, however the mix of flowers in the bouquet is disappointing. Very cheap looking for a $40 bouquet. Costco bouquets, at $19.99 are much nicer.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
