The website was easy to use, prices seemed reasonable. I upgraded to deluxe arrangement. Although the arrangement that arrived was beautiful it was smaller than expected - vase seemed more mason jar size. Handling charge of $15 is ridiculous for a $30 arrangement though

First of all i have ordered several times before and i get this email telling me im a Congrats Heather! You're now a PLATINUM Rewards Member with 2820 points. After over an hour trying to figure out what the heck is going on cause it showed a $10 savings but when i signed in it gave me a $8 savings? Then it said the delivery didnt cost but then when i went to check out it chg'd me for delivery. So i just gave up. So a few minutes later i get a email for free delivery and was desperate to get this order done so i bought it...but after i realized i didnt even get to use my so called Platinum points. Very frustrating with with whole experiance. You made me feel i was awarded all these points which didnt do me any good. Ahhhhhhhhhh! Now i wish i had of just called a local florist in the city i am having delivery and just gave them the business. Which im probably going to do from now on. Oh, and after all the frustration i forgot to add the get well mylar balloon, bummer :(
It was very easy to navigate and hard to pick from all the beautiful selections. I live in New Jersey so I will not be using the service as often but if I ever needed to I have this company to turn to.

Flowers arrived a day early and delivered to the neighbor! The delivery man left a voicemail saying he delivered it to the neighbor. I don't get to see my sister and this is all i could for her birthday from the distance i live from her. Definitely not worth my hard earned $40. Very dissatisfied.
