Awesome. A little pricey.
It was easy to order. Like the $19.99 flowers (hope they are nice) didn't like that the shipping amount didn't show till order was placed (if is was I never saw it)
The flowers I received looked completely different than the ones I ordered- I ordered "Perfectly Pastel" because my Mom LOVES yellow roses- the arrangement she received had 2 DARK RED roses with one looking damaged/ brown on top (no yellow roses) and a bunch of greens and a couple of unopened blooms. I'm not sure if the wrong flowers were ordered or these were substituted- clearly not what I ordered or wanted delivered...VERY DISAPPOINTED and requesting a refund! I'm happy to share a photo of what was received...

I purchased the flowers, but I had them sent to a person in another state. She was very pleased with them. She said they were fresh and nicely arranged and delivered in the time slot arranged. Good Job. She sent a photo of the flowers received... they actually looked very much like the online photo that prompted me to buy that Spring Time Looking bouquet. No Hassles... The local participating florist was very good too. Good system..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
