You would've gotten 5 stars had the price been what you quoted: $39.99 + 2.99 for same day delivery. There was an extra $10:and I did not see that. Of coyrse, I do also expect tax, but its off 25% ($10) from what I thought I was paying.

Thank you. Ordering was fairly easy. However, I paid extra for a larger bouquet & did not receive it. The bouquet (get well for my niece after her first surgery) was about the size of the $10.00 bouquets at our local grocery store. I am very disappointed, as was my sister who was at the hospital with my niece. I doubt that I would order from you again.
I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the products I received. Not only that, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I also called customer service and expected a call back. Even though it was finally delivered, customer service never followed up with me like they said they would. For my entire experience and quality of product, I feel I was raped in price. I will never be ordering from your company again, nor would I ever recommend your company to others.

I ordered same day service and the delivery person did not give me a call when no one answered the door. I would have told him to leave it with the next door neighbor. The flowers was then delivered the next day after her birthday. What was the purpose of asking for my phone number.

Always use Cabot Florist. The Lavender bouquet that I ordered was a Premium bouquet, but the bouquet sent was just a regular. It didn't contain half as many flowers as the one pictured on the fromyouflowers.com website, & the flowers were not the same. The only ones that were the same...were the lavender roses. The vase was a light purple, but the one rec'd was a dark purple...and smaller.
The recipient stated they were beautifully arranged. Sent them to a relative who had surgery. Everything I have ever ordered have been beautiful. My only complaint is I have lifetime free shipping which for this order would have saved me more, but that means I have to always call my order in and not use the website as it won't allow me to change the discount code.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
