Very easy procedure and arrangements beautiful
Extra fees added at end that were not earlier mentioned in the process. A picture of the improved bouquet was not provided. Other than that, everything went very well. The delivery was onetime. My daughter was delighted and the picture she sent us on our phones showed a nice looking, yet to fully open, bouquet. Thank you. By the way. A competitor doubled the order and added a gift item at the end of the online process. I will spread the word about Pro Flowers. I think they also doubled the order of flowers sent to my wife. So, thank you for your honesty, your good business ethics.
I selected a delivery date and it arrived a day early. Two issues with this:
1. I wasn't sure if the recipient would be home at that time. Which is why I selected the next day and made arrangements for someone to be there.
2. The gift was for a specific date (anniversary) and by arriving the day before the person thought we had the wrong date.
I would've let her know it was intended to be a day early.

My Mom loved flowers. She said she thought it was a real cake! Quality and delivery were outstanding. Price is pretty much the same as others. Other services wouldn't deliver on Sunday.
