The bouquet I ordered was delivered on time and was simply beautiful, looking just as pictured on the website. My daughter was thrilled to receive these which even included a hand-written birthday card, not computer generated as some provide.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
