Friday, March 10,2017 was my mother's birthday. She was in the hospital after suffering a fall and I thought it'd be great to have some flowers delivered. I placed my order that morning since the site advertised same-day delivery within 4 hours.
Well, this did not happen.
That evening, she was moved to a nursing home for rehabilitation, which would have been a moot issue had the flowers arrived that afternoon. So when a delivery was attempted on Saturday, she was no longer at the hospital delivery address.
Having learned this, I contacted From You Flowers and gave them the new address for delivery. And since I gave them this updated information that morning, I had the expectation that the flowers would be delivered later that day.
Again, this did not happen.
When Sunday rolled around, I looked up my tracking information and found that delivery of the flowers still had not been made. I emailed the company about this failed delivery.
On Monday morning, March 13, I received an email of apology and assured that this issue was being investigated. (Good Lord, delivering flowers is what you do. How can this be hard?) I took another look at the tracking of the order, and still no delivery. Following that, I contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charge and emailed From You Flowers to not bother with their "investigation" for my order.
What a disappointment and a waste of time.

I feel like there are hidden fees, if you use a coupon the prices go up. I wish it was more straight forward and more coupons were offered. I would likely use the services more often if that were the case. Also, the pictured item differed greatly from what was received. I understand there are different sizes, however if items will be missing it would be better if it was explained exactly what would be in the basket.
The flowers were delivered within an hour of ordering. The card was written in beautiful handwriting and exactly as I wished. Very pleased with the order! Thank you!

The damage has already been done. I ordered a nice bouquet for my grandma's funeral. I had rush shipped hoping it would come the same day. Unfortunately that couldn't be fulfilled and nicely told it was going to be delivered first thing tomorrow and got my rush shipping refunded along with a $15 credit.
Here is where it got bad. I had originally wanted it delivered Wednesday, but I did not get the flowers until Saturday afternoon. I had to constantly call them every day wondering where my flowers are at.
When the flowers finally came they were the most embarrassing set of flowers I have ever seen. They were nothing like the pictures and I was judged by my whole family. I called for a refund and only to get a 30% refund. No refund in the world could turn back the humiliation I received from the flowers I purchased. I went ahead and disputed 100% refund with my bank.
I will never order from this company again and urge everyone else to never buy from this company again unless you want to be disappointed and embarrassed...

The only issue I had, was the flowers I selected had the description of "Mason jar with raffia tied around it" but the flowers arrived in an ordinary little vase. No jar and no raffia. The flowers were nice so that was the importance part.
Delivery was faster that I expected, and both orders I sent x arrived on time, one earlier than expected,...very satisfied with all help, products I ordered & so were the recipients. Definitely will use again..

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
