Will never order from this company again - man from customer service was not helpful and took side of florist while they were the problem. He had horrible phone etiquette and sounded bored.
I saw the arrangement I bought and didn't look like the pic I ordered from. Arrangement was skimpy and blue flowers were not fresh and looked old and dried up already. I was embarrassed. No need for the possibility of this happening again.
My mother was impressed with the quantity of flowers. She was a bit surprised it was left outside in the freezing cold.

I am sending these flowers internationally, so, I'd like to see how this works as this is my first time.
Also, the flowers seemed lifeless, and were arranged nothing like the picture.
If you advertise a specific product or service, it should be provided %100. Not "it kinda looks like the picture, they wont notice".

Just needed to know about delivery charge beforehand. Not given before checkout. Flowers sen t to another area but looked to be close to the pictured flowers.
On the top of the banner, it loudly proclaims "14.99 off shipping and handling." this 14.99 was clearly added on to my cart price, and there was no way to input the "promo code" on the top of the banner. Seems a bit scammy. Also no place in the checkout to put the promo code, i went back and checked twice. I'm in a hurry and need to order flowers, so will continue regardless this time, but will seek elsewhere next time.
